So, who am I?

I'm not your typical coach. As a formal international athlete, qualified accountant, senior business leader and father, I've lived the pressure of high performance while navigating life's challenges. By the age of 8, I lost my mother to cancer and later faced the heartbreak of a career ending sports injury. These experiences taught me resilience and inspired my mission to help others after qualifying as a Breath Science Practitioner by creating my unique B.A.S.E. Method - based on four pillars - breathing, activity, sleep, and efficiency - I now help others improve their mindset, master stress, build resilience and take control of their lives.
